From Ostend-Bruges Airport, walk to Raversijde Airport station, then take bus 60a to Oostende Station, followed by an IC train to Brugge. From there, take bus 42 to Oostburg, then buses 5, 20, and 31 through Terneuzen and Goes to Kamperland Ruiterplaat, finishing with a 12-minute walk to RCN de Schotsman.
