The site offers accommodation for campers, caravans, motorhomes and tents, along with glamping options including suspended tree tents. Open seasonally: winter from December 5, 2025 to April 7, 2026, and summer from May 28 to September 27, 2026.

About the area
Malga Ciapela developed as a traditional alpine settlement, with its economy historically centered on pastoral activities and mountain farming. The area became increasingly important for tourism during the 20th century as the Dolomites gained recognition as a premier mountain destination. Belluno has a long history as part of the Venetian Republic, which ruled the region for centuries until the Napoleonic Wars. The province developed significant traditions in woodworking, dairy production, and mountain craftsmanship that persist today.
