Explore the lake by boat The location is perfect for getting out and about. Stroll through the charming town of Arona (8 km) or visit the impressive Rocca di Angera nearby. It’s about a 20-minute drive. To make your trip even more memorable, you can also reach the castle by boat, boarding in Arona. During your stay at Lake Maggiore, taking a boat trip is highly recommended. Don’t miss the Borromean Islands, and hopping between towns by ferry is not only more fun, but also saves you the hassle of finding a parking spot!
